7.1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

7.2. Withdrawal Period

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

7.3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but it is not obligatory.

7.4. Effects of Withdrawal

• If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
• Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
• We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

7.5. Return of Goods

• You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the warehouse address without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
• You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7.6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1. Legal Warranty:

• Consumers have legal rights under Polish law for goods that are faulty or not as described.
• The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery.

8.2. Claims:

• If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact us promptly at info@importfrompoland.com with details and evidence of the defect.

8.3. Remedies:

• We will repair or replace defective goods or, if that's not possible, offer a price reduction or refund.

8.4. Liability Limitation:

• We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
• For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.
