• We strive to resolve warranty claims within 14 days of receiving all necessary information and the returned product, if applicable.

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

• The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

• Unused Goods: The products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Diminished Value: If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we may deduct the diminished value from the refund amount.
