To place an order, simply browse our products, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a proforma invoice with payment instructions upon completing your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept bank transfers. After placing your order, you'll receive a proforma invoice containing our bank account details for payment. We're working on introducing card payments soon. You can request a payment link or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this option becomes available.

3. What are the delivery options and costs?

  • Package Delivery (up to 25kg): €30 per package.
  • Pallet Delivery: €300 per order.
  • Free Delivery: On orders over €5000.

We despatch orders to Ireland every Thursday, with deliveries made the following week between Tuesday and Friday.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

It typically takes up to one week to prepare your order for shipping. Orders placed and paid by Thursday will be despatched the following week. We'll inform you promptly of any delays or extended lead times.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes, for courier parcels once your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status. For pallet service, please contact us directly for updates.
